HMT LEARNING SESSION POLICIES

Rescheduling

Each session can be rescheduled once.
Less than 8 hours notice = session counts as a missed session.
Missed Sessions are non-refundable
If HMT Learning cancels, we’ll reschedule or refund your session.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time so your child gets the full session!
Sessions 25+ minutes late will be canceled and non-refundable.
